In my opinion, the answer is no, and even though his higher HP goes a long way in making him more durable than Kamil (ESPECIALLY against magic), his accuracy woes, limited magic capabilities (though he does have many healing spells), and lack of good offense outside of extremely costly equipment (Kamil at least has Vacuum) will cause him to lag far behind anyone not named Kamil: As a knight from the nation of Padal, Kamil is level headed and blessed with a strong sense of justice as well as incredible discipline that has allowed him to succeed in mastering almost all forms of magic, including most of the healing magicks.
